Terms and Conditions of Sale

By ordering you agree to the following.

Money Back Guarantee. If you are not entirely satisfied with Purr, send it back to us and we will refund your entire payment. We will not refund without receiving the original bottle back in un-used condition (i.e. Don't send it back empty!!)
Dispatch. Usually dispatch is on the first Tuesday or Friday after ordering, however we only guarantee dispatch within 14 days.
Delivery. We cannot guarantee delivery unless you pay for delivery confirmation, please contact us to arrange this.
Lost Items. May be replaced at our discretion, however, we will expect you to wait a reasonable length of time after dispatch before claiming your item is lost.
Indemnity. You indemnify us against your use of Purr to the full extent permissable by law, and we accept no liability for problems or side effects caused by the use or misuse of Purr.
Permission to use your data. We will use your data responsibly and will not add you to our mailing list or pass your data on without your express permission. We will, however, contact you using the data you provide, to inform you about the transaction and ensure a good service. We may also contact you after the transaction to ask further questions about your experience with us and ask if you would like to buy again.
